NORCOP has developed a wide range of transparent Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Nanocoated PET films dedicated to Printed Electronics which push forward performances of screen printing with both conductive and dielectric inks. Our Nanocoatings afford Surface Energies varying from 20-60 dyne/cm that can be fine-tuned to meet specific inks’ Surface Tension. Matching PET film Surface Energy with Ink Surface Tension leads to perfect wetting which ensures reliable, reproducible and pinhole-free cover

- Compatible Films: PET, PI, PC

- Film Thickness: Range 50-250µm

- SE Range: 20-60 dyne/cm

- Compatible Formats: Rolls up to 2000mm width or sheets (dimensions upon request)

- Printing Method Compatibility: Screen, Gravure, Flexo, Offset

- Ink Compatibility: inorganic, organic, solvent or water based, solventless (UV)

- AP-PECVD* Processing Speed: 20 – 70m/min

- Extended shelf-life 6-24 months, depending on coating chemistry
