The Fraunhofer FEP offers its clients the development of processes and technologies for efficient and cost-effective fabrication of innovative OLED lighting solutions in Sheet-to-Sheet (S2S) and Roll-to-Roll (R2R). Typical jobs involve client-specific layout and fabrication of OLED demonstration samples for investigating new fields of application, stacked-layer development and efficiency increases for OLEDs, as well as the integration in different applications.

The product offering includes flexible OLED lighting elements for a wide range of applications.

  • Substrate: polymer film, ultra-thin glass or metal film
  • Substrate size: up to 200x200 mm² (S2S); 300 mm width and several meters (R2R)
  • Thickness: <350 µm
  • Color: white, red, amber, yellow, green, blue, NIR, etc.
