Lamination is a common method to protect the electronics against e.g. moisture, heat and oxidation. On top of that lamination can provide graphics and aesthetics. Typical use-age can be found in the packaging and building markets.

Materials which can be laminated include, but are not limited to common plastic substrates, such as PET, PEN, PC and PI.
