Sensors were placed on the polishing machine in order to count the pieces and be able to identify what was being produced, followed by an application that contains weekly production orders and automatically generate weekly planning for the polishing process, taking into account the type of cutlery, quantity and quality. In this way it was possible to count the cutlery that was being polished and check if the planning deadlines are being fulfilled.
