We offer spin coating on rigid and flexible substrates. Design, materials, and substrates can be provided by us or by the customer. ZOEK also owns the appropriate equipment for substrate treatment, ink formulation, and for quality check of printed films or structures.

Materials: organic and water based solutions

Limits: 2,6 x 2,6 cm², 5 x 5 cm² and 7,6 x 7,6 cm² with carrier chuck,

up to 22 cm in diameter with vacuum chuck,

up to 10.000 rpm,

3D printing of customized chucks possible
