The ZOEK is a non-profit research organization focusing on cost-effective, conformable, and flexible components made by printing. We are an integral part of COPT Centre for Organic Electronics in Cologne, Germany, being your partner when it comes to public funded projects or contract research. As a technology transfer institute, our scope is to advance technology from the lab to the demonstrator level. Within SmartEEs, we can efficiently support you with our hands-on experience.

Electronics & Components
We offer inkjet printing on rigid and flexible substrates. Design, materials, and substrates can be provided by us or by the customer. ZOEK also has the appropriate equipment for substrate treatment, ink formulation, and for quality check of printed films or structures.

Materials: conductive materials (PEDOT, Silver, etc.), insulators, functional materials

Limits: green solvents, sample size up to DIN A4, feature size < 5 mm, printing speed 250 mm/s, heated sample holder max. 50 °C, heated print head, viscosity > 10 mPa*s
